Veit`s Pub and Grill in Jefferson City

Everything was hot and delicious. Even though our party was pretty good size, they kept the food coming and full. Nice waitress. We were in the side (to left upon entry) and had the room to ourselves.I liked the long eating tables as it was easy to see everyone. Although I arrived later than most, the place was still very clean, including the restrooms. Plenty of level parking and easy to see from the road.The buffet price was reasonable too.

Wow! Easter family dinner was outstanding! A man at Missouri Native Plants Nursery recommended Veit's mentioning the catfish. It was delicious. Great patio with small stream next to it. Our server was fairly new but she took care of us. You should eat here if you are in the Jefferson City area.

I have only been there for lunch and went 3 times. Food is okay. But the lunch buffet is exactly the same every day. Be nice if they changed it up a bit. I would definitely go more often.

There buffet is a good deal. 10 bucks including a drink. I liked the fried chicken and green beans.

We arrived at 1:30 and everything was still fresh and stocked just like if we got there at the beginning of lunch. Fish and chicken were both great!! Very happy with my first visit there. I will be going back!

I've been eating this food since the early 90s. Love it!!!

It was great to get out they have a really nice indoor and outdoor atmosphere they have games on the patio. Will definitely be back be sure to try the breaded mushrooms it could feed a group!

Very good for lunch. Ate too much. Also had very good waitress . Hard to beat for lunch. Might take a nap. Only a short one.

Great pork tenderloin sandwich and very good house salad. Casual dining at its best.

We ate out on the patio. It was busy but there was room for social distancing. We felt very comfortable. The Thursday night special was fish tacos. I had the tacos and the wife had a tenderloin sandwich and we shared a fried mushroom appetizer. Everything was great. Portions were large, we both took a box home. Good job Veits.

I sent message earlier in week via messager to ask if I should have a reservation for a birthday party group. They did recommend to do a reservation and said they could take it now. I reserved for 10 - 15. I ask if too hot could we move inside. Joe was our waiter and did an awesome job. He fit in with my group well. Service and food was great. Thank you!!

So good! I had country fried chicken. So juicy. Hubby had fried catfish. Totally enjoyed my birthday dinner.

Unbelievable food. Bar or not, these people know how to cook. I recommend the white gravy!

Fun family environment and top notch Pub food with a nice variety buffet for lunch. Are they do family styles meals on Sundays I'll definitely be back for that

Exceptionally good comfort foods!Great menu choices and a lunchtime buffet that is full of great home style cookin’.They also have a bar. Helpful and friendly service.Restaurant / sports bar atmosphere with TVs mounted at various locations around the room tuned-in to the game. Pass the time with friends at outdoor seating areas with beanbag games.

We went to Veit's for the first time a couple of weeks ago. Although the buffet was almost ending, all their food was hot and fresh! Definitely about to be a regular there.

The young lady that was our server paid attention to our needs wonderfully.food was great as always.
